Managed IT Services

Your IT Department, Without the Headcount

Monitoring, patching, and an unlimited helpdesk for one predictable monthly fee. Most issues are resolved before anyone in your office notices them.

The Problem

Break-fix IT is the most expensive kind

When you only call someone after something breaks, you pay twice: once for the repair, and once for the hours your team sat idle waiting for it. The invoice is unpredictable, so nobody calls until a problem is already serious.

Managed services invert that. We watch your systems continuously, apply patches before vulnerabilities are exploited, and catch failing hardware while it is still merely degrading. The bill is the same every month, so calling us early costs nothing.

The businesses that switch tell us the same thing: the difference is not that problems get fixed faster. It is that far fewer problems happen.

What you stop worrying about

  • Whether patches actually got applied
  • Whether the backup ran last night
  • Whether that warning light matters
  • What this month's IT bill will be
  • Who to call at 6pm on a Friday
What's Included

Everything, in one agreement

No tiered menu designed to make you upgrade later. This is what managed support means with us.

24/7 monitoring

Servers, workstations, and network hardware watched continuously. Alerts reach us, not you, and most are resolved before you would have noticed.

Patch management

Operating systems and business applications kept current on a tested schedule, so you are not exposed to vulnerabilities that were fixed months ago.

Unlimited helpdesk

Your staff can call without checking whether it is worth the money. Unlimited means unlimited, and it is the only way early reporting ever happens.

Backup verification

Backups are checked and test-restored on a schedule. A backup nobody has restored from is not a backup, it is a hope.

Asset and licence tracking

A current inventory of what you own, what it runs, when it was bought, and when it needs replacing. Budgeting stops being guesswork.

Quarterly reviews

A plain-English summary of what broke, what was prevented, and what is coming up for renewal or replacement. No 40-page dashboard export.

Getting Started

Four steps, about two weeks

1

Assessment

We document what you have, how it is configured, and where the real risks are. No charge, no obligation.

2

Findings

A straight conversation about what we found, what needs attention now, and what can wait. You keep the documentation either way.

3

Onboarding

Monitoring agents deployed, backups verified, patches brought current, and your team introduced to how support works.

4

Steady state

We handle the day-to-day. You get a quarterly review and a phone number that someone actually answers.

“Jeff seems like he never stops working because he has always been able to solve my IT issues at anytime of day or night, even on weekends. He is often able to solve problems over the phone, sometimes by remote link, and always in person. He keeps our office systems and network humming which is invaluable in today's market.”

Common Questions

What businesses usually ask

Do we have to replace our existing equipment?

Almost never at the start. We document what you have and tell you honestly what is fine, what is nearing end of life, and what is a genuine risk. Replacement gets planned into a budget, not sprung on you.

What happens to our current IT person?

Many of our clients keep someone in-house and use us for depth — after-hours coverage, security, and the specialised work one person cannot reasonably cover alone. We are comfortable either way.

How fast do you respond?

Response times are written into the agreement rather than implied. Most issues are handled remotely within minutes, which is why clients describe reaching us at odd hours as normal rather than exceptional.

Are we locked into a long contract?

We will talk about term length openly during the assessment. If we are doing our job you should stay because it works, not because leaving is difficult.

Start with the assessment

We document your environment, tell you what we find, and you decide what to do about it. Free, and you keep the documentation regardless.
