I could not do my job without this company. Jeff and his team have always satisfied our company 100%. They’re very responsive (even if we call ten times in one day) and if they can’t fix something right away (lack of parts, etc.), they’re up front about it and you know what to expect when they return to fix the problem. There are no hidden fees or ridiculous hourly rates and I’ve even called him a few times just to get more information about something that I didn’t understand and he’s always happy to help via phone or remote log in. We’ve never had an issue that they couldn’t solve – printing, server set up, re-wiring, new computer set up, internet connection, tablet issues, the list goes on- and I would not be able to do my job without them. I would recommend them to anyone having an issue- big or small- they’ll find the best, most cost effective solution for you and keep a friendly smile the whole way through. Definitely my favorite computer tech in MB.
