Provide remote support to our clients. You would be responsible to remotely login to client desktops, servers and networking equipment to perform diagnostic and troubleshooting activities. Must have at least 3 years of remote support experience. Associates degree in Computer Science and/or Microsoft Certified Professional preferred.
Responsible for working with project manager to install and configure computers, servers and networking equipment for new clients. Installations projects can range from a few days to several months in duration. Also responsible for going onsite when necessary to troubleshoot hardware and networking issues when our remote support team is unable to resolve work orders remotely. Must be proficient in SonicWall Router installation/configuration/support, Microsoft Server installation/configuration/support and pc installation/configuration/support. At least 5 years of relevant technology experience required and MCSE/MCP/Network+, A+ certifications preferred.
Must have a strong skill set generating new business by prospecting and creating new leads. Will need to work within our sales system to generate and follow up on new business to business leads, build relationships and acquire new accounts. The majority of time will be spent prospecting, meeting with senior managers and business owners of small and medium businesses and moving these prospects through the sales pipeline. After you acquire the account you will be responsible for meeting with clients quarterly to review system health reports and identify the biggest limiting factor in the clients business so we can identify ways we can help the clients leverage technology to improve their business. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Preferred. At least 5 years of previous outside sales experience required with demonstrated track record of success.
